Cooking for Passover with Celebrity Kosher Chef Jordona Kohn

“Pesach food needs better PR,” says celebrity kosher chef Jordona Kohn.

“Take gefilte fish. The traditional sweet white fish gefilte is delicious comfort food, but too few people in this generation have even had it! Far too many people associate gefilte fish with a jar. So, I am excited to partner with Dallas Jewish Monthly, Dallas Kosher, and Whole Foods Market to demonstrate how easy it is to make gefilte fish at home. Join me upstairs at Whole Foods at 7:30 Thursday night, March 15, and we will prepare and taste four varieties of gefilte fish you could never get in a jar. Asian Fusion Salmon, anyone? Savory and Smoky Tunisian? We are going gefilte gourmet!”
